Then go to the gym or go in a sports club or something. idk dancing something like that… To lose weight easily is hard but you could try to drink a glas water before & after every meal. You won’t eat that much because you aren’t so hungry anymore.. Thats healthy & it works! xx
I don’t think so. It’s so much better to eat healthy than don’t eating. Drink much water, do sports & eat healthy & you’ll lose weight natural… you’re beautiful, keep going x
I’m 152 pounds too now! I guess I’m a little more happy because i lost weight. You’re not definded about your weight. Thats nit what people love you for. It’s you - I needed long to learn that but i finally did. You have to accept yourself & others will. Fuck societys idea of ‘skinny’ or ‘beautiful’! If you really start getting angry about your weight, promise me that you’ll not stop eating!! Do effective sports like Kickboxing or go & run a mile per day. You will burn calories & instead of fat there will be muscels. You’ll feel greater than you would if you stop eating. And it’s healthy for your body & mind. 152 pounds is good! Maybe your very heigh or just have strong bones - this could be a reason too. Don’t see yourself from the scal. See yourself of who you are. Try to find at least 2 things you like at your body & you will like yourself a little more.

I’ve got a message like this yesterday too… I don’t think its too much! I’ts perfect! Its normal! But 2-3 kg are okay… so if you would feel better you could make sports and lose maybe 2 kg, only if you would feel better, beautiful xx
